Introduction:
Orib 200 mg belongs to antineoplastic group of medicines. It is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It inhibits small molecules like Raf kinase, VEGF 2 and 3 receptor kinases, platelet-derived growth factor, and C kit the stem cell factor receptor.
Instructions:
Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.
Orib treats:
- Liver and thyroid cancer, and advanced cancer of kidney. ·
- Advanced hepatocellular carcinoma which is otherwise called primary liver cancer. ·
- Metastatic radioactive to refractory iodine treatment –
- Thyroid carcinoma ·
- Advanced Renal carcinoma ·
- Gastrointestinal stromal tumors, Hemangiosarcoma. ·
- It prevents cell proliferation and angiogenesis that leads in the multiplication of tumor cells.
Precautions:
- Use the medicine only if your doctor prescribes you. ·
- Dosage of the tablet will be adjusted as per the condition of your body. It may vary depending upon the seriousness of the complications. ·
- Patients with renal dysfunction should regularly monitor the fluid balance of their body.

Anaemia, Running Nose, Dysphonia. Swallowing difficulty, Heartburn, Indigestion, Sudden Weight loss, Constipation, Fever, Underactive Thyroid Gland Sexual Impotence, Depression, and many more.
