Introduction:
Kyprolis is a prescription medicine used to treat the symptoms of Multiple Myeloma. Kyprolis may be used alone or with other medications.
Kyprolis belongs to a class of drugs called Antineoplastics,
Proteasome Inhibitors. It is not known if Kyprolis is safe and effective in children younger than 18 years of age.

- Hives,
- Difficulty breathing,
- Swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- Shortness of breath,
- Agitation,
- Black and tarry stools,
- Loss of consciousness,
- Muscle spasms or Twitching,
- Bleeding gums,
- Nausea,
- Blood in the urine or Stool,
- Numbness or tingling in the hands, feet, or lips,
- Blurred vision,
- Painful or difficult urination,
- Pale skin,
- Pounding in the ears,
- Chest pain or pressure,
- Confusion,
- Rapid weight gain,
- Cough,
- Seizures,
- Decreased awareness,
- Severe drowsiness,
- Little or no urine,
- Depression,
- Trembling,
- Trouble breathing,
- Difficulty with movement,
- Sores or white spots in the mouth,
- Lack of coordination,
- Unusual bleeding or bruising,
- Fast, slow, or irregular heartbeat,
- Headache,
- Hoarseness,
- Hostility
